Unable to upload photos and videos to dropbox after upgrading to 13.0

Hi, after the iPhone 6S plus was upgraded to 13.0, I cannot upload photo nor video to dropbox. I selected the photo/video and Dropbox/Camera Upload but the upload/post button is dimmed. Anybody knows how to fix this?
