Hello,

My child has somehow managed to activate I would think is an accessibility feature and I have no idea how to switch it off. We know the passcode. However when we type it in it repeats the passcode number at a very slow pace and it’s like a delayed reaction when we input the passcode number on the iPad. I also feel after it seems to read out what numbers we are entering it mentions a letter or two which I don’t understand. As her passcode is only numbers.

I have no idea how to get her iPad back to normal or go back into her iPad with the correct passcode. Any idea what to do here? We only have the iPads and no way of connecting it to a laptop or anything. Thanks in advance

Possibly guided access mode:
-- Triple click the home button in less than 1 second.
-- No home button? Triple click the side button in less than one second.

If that does not work, erase device via Find My.
