got snow leopard on the macbook pro, apple hardware test says nothing is wrong. every month or so it won't wake from sleep and sometimes says I need to restart because of a kernal panic. I tried repairing disk permissions and all that stuff, but because it only happens like once a month you think it is software corruption? can bad ram fail only once a month?

My MacBook Pro 15" (2010 model) has started doing something similar since January and it occurs every 12-14 days, a total of 5 so far. It generates a report that I don't understand and the kernel panic occurs when I am using Safari. I have used Onyx after every kernel panic to see if that prevents further ones.
