Hi, I hope someone can help with this issue. I own a 2009 MBP 13", and the original 250GB HD failed. I bought a replacement Seagate 500GB internal drive. When I tried to use disk utility to format and partition i got a "Unable to write to the last block of the device" error. Can any one shed any light?
