I have a 5G iPod and thought it might be fun to try out one of the games. So today, for the very first time, I set up an iTunes account. I did it on this computer. I then downloaded a game and updated my iPod firmware to 1.2. So far, so good. But trying to transfer the game across gives the the error:
So for some reason I am not authorised to play the game on the computer I set up my iTunes account on and downloaded the game onto? In any case what does it mean given that you can't play the games on the computer anyway? What on earth is going on and how do I fix it?
My best guess is that because all of my CDs were imported on an older Mac (a G4 667 Mhz versus this MacBook Pro) somewhere weird has happened there. Does anybody have any clues or do I need to pester Apple on the phone tomorrow?
