Unattended podcast sync to usb player

Hi,

i just got this nice waterproof mp3 player. Unfortunately, it does not feature FM radio. I was hoping I could sort of overcome this limitation by adding podcast to the playlist, but I kind of hate needing to manually do so.

Does anybody know of any App for Mac able to fully automate the process, so I can simply plug the device without even needing to switch on the monitor?
