Unauthorized Driver mounted on desktop

I have no idea what this is, a driver called "juanm" mounts on my desktop, and of course apple hasn't been able to help. When I try to access it it just says "access denied"...help

Can you make a screenshot of your Desktop and the Get Info (CMD+I) window fully expanded and attach those to your next post?

With "driver" you probably mean "drive", meaning either a mounted disk image, which you can't eject (CMD+E; right click > Eject; drag to Trash/Eject icon in Dock)?
