Undeletable folders appear every time I connect NTFS HDD

I have a NTFS HDD connected to my Mac with Tuxera NTFS. Every time I connect the disk some folders appear in my trash that are empty. I can't delete them, no matter what. Not with secure delete, terminal or Onyx. Anyone have a clue how I can fix this?
