Undeletable mails, even from iCloud.com

Hello, you're my last resort

I've received a LOT of mails, all the same, and i cannot delete them

If i try via Mail, the app crashes, if i try on iCloud.com deleting just does not work

I have no idea what to do, even contacting Apple months ago was not useful

Any idea on what i could do?

And, is there space on your iCloud storage?
I would say, try to empty the deleted items, and then once done, try to delete an email...
