I have a few questions on iCloud as I don't currently use it. Sorry for the list, just the simplest way to communicate all the questions I have without dragging it out forever. Here's my situation:

1) I currently have an iPhone SE2 256GB and an iPad Pro 256GB.
2) I have a PC, no Mac.
3) I do NOT currently use any iCloud services.
4) I have about 50GB free on my iPhone mostly taken by photos & iMessage.
5) iMessage is using 55GB. I am VERY RELUCTANT to delete any messages.
6) iPhone Storage says it can free up 90GB by moving photos to iCloud.

I have an opportunity to buy an iPhone 13 Pro for an exceptionally good price but it is only 128GB, so I am considering getting the 200GB iCloud Plan.

Questions:

1) If I get iCloud, where are the full resolution photos/videos stored? (iCloud I think)
2) How do I get those full res photos/videos onto my PC?
3) If I get a 512GB iPhone in the future, can the full res photos/videos be moved back to the phone?
4) Is iCloud how people have access to photos they take with their iPhone on an iPad?
5) If I enable iMessage deleting old conversations, can I specifically mark several contacts to save?
6) When using iCloud, if I delete a photo from my phone, does it also delete from iCloud?

7) If I go with the 2TB plan, how does sharing work? Can my parents, brother & sister in-law backup their devices to iCloud also? Does this create any privacy issues? What about app purchasing issues? (I recall reading something about them not being able to purchase or something if sharing....?)

I'm not sure what else to ask so feel free to add extra info. I just want to be know how this stuff actually works, not 'it just works.'

Thank you very much!!
