I’ve been looking into MagSafe accessories (cases, charges, wallets etc) and had a query on MagSafe charging with regards to charging speeds.

When using an official Apple MagSafe charger, do only official Apple cases allow for the full speed charging?

Or will 3rd party cases with the magnets in also allow for full speed charging, with the only thing that matters being the charger being an Apple one?

Have read that there’s a distinction between MagSafe compatible vs Made for MagSafe, but not found a definitive answer
 
Magsafe Compatible: It is just the magnetic circle to wirelessly charge the iPhone, not certified by Apple

Made for Magsafe: The magnetic circle plus an NFC chip certified by Apple, to wirelessly charge the iPhone at full speed (currently 15W), and work well with iOS to control the currency and several benefits for example battery widget display, charging optimization, charging animatiom...
