Understanding Screen Sharing

I have enabled Screen Sharing on my MacMini and MacBook Pro. They both are running the latest version of Mavericks. I have a Airport Extreme wireless router. I can easily access each others screen when both are on the same network.
What is the nomenclature of when I want to hook up to the MacMini when I away from my network with the MacBook Pro?
Lets say I have opened port 99 for screen sharing on the Airport Extreme and the public ip address of the MacMini is 22.33.44.55 and the local ip address is 192.168.2.2. What would I be typing in the connect to server field?
