Fluoroelastomer and leather with lose its shape and discolor over time.

Metal bands will get banged and scratched up.

This "leaked" memo will make sure we don't create another *gate and raise havoc on inevitable wear and tear of a personal product. But you should equally expect that exchanges or returns won't be accepted when there is a significant wear and tear on the product.

My Pebble's standard rubber band isn't looking so hot these days, and it looks kinda like the sport band. Not something I'll worry about, that's just normal wear and tear.

Thats why i didn't order the tang buckle even though i would have got it today, the leather will bend and turn like **** very quickly.

For the people that got the tang buckle well just don't try to pull when adjusting and removing.

After making the mistake of ordering the leather iPhone 6+ case and seeing the AWFUL discoloration of the leather, there was ZERO chance I was ordering leather or rubber bands for my watch.
