Undo "Organized to Subfolders" in the "Organize Library..." Menu

Can anyone help me undo this iTunes setting? I accidentally told iTunes to organize my files by Music/TV Shows/Podcasts/etc. by using the menu option below.

File > Library > Organize Library... > Reorganize files in the folder "My Music" (the bottom/second option)

I want to undo this, but the menu option is now grayed out so I can't select it.

Any ideas?
