Hi,

I bought used MPB 16 and noticed uneven backlight screen. It is visible most on white screen. Sitting in front of it is it not much noticeable as on the photo. Is it normal?

That is probably normal. It's not normal to view an all white screen. When you put a normal display on it, you shouldn't notice anything unusual.

I see that when I'm reading text on white screen. I see it also on different colours when I'm scrolling web pages.

If it bothers you a lot, ask the seller if they'll refund your money. If they won't, you have few options, unfortunately, other than adjusting brightness and just learning to live with it. If you use the machine primarily at home, you can run the MacBook in clamshell mode using an external display. I still think it looks normal. You might be able to resell it for close to what you paid and find another one that suits you better.

I'm aware but we checked newer model and it was better so I'm thinking is it production bug, or maybe some pressure fault due to cleaning or in transport. And below it is newer 14" so maybe it is only in 16"? hm

Every screen is slightly different. If you insist on searching for perfection you will never find it. The amount of deviation from perfection that you are willing to accept is highly personal.

Are you sure this isn't the wallpaper transparency showing through? Try changing your wallpaper to a solid color or turn on reduce transparency in the accessibility options.

From the shape of the pattern and the position at the center of the display, I also would assume that too much external pressure was at some point applied to the display when it was closed. This then minimally changed the distance between the reflective foil and the LCD, which now leads to the differences in brightness.
I would not describe this as normal. if it is that much apparent in photos then I guess it is much more distracting to the own eyes.

Unfortunately no, I would say that doesn’t look particularly normal. Backlighting uniformity is never perfect, but I doubt it came from the factory that way.
