Unexpected Error Has Occured

Trying to play purchased shows and all but ER are giving this error. 2 days now. Movies and all other streaming services are fine. Works fine on my phone. Even reset the ATV. Same issue. Anyone else? Found this discussion after some searching.

Apple System Status page says all is well. Clearly it’s not.

Same here... bought the full seasons of Friends for $99 and it worked a couple days, now I just get the error message.

Have not tried the work around of using the TV app mentioned in the Apple Community forum yet.

It works fine using the TV App on my Mac.
