I ran a software update check on my macbook pro and it said I needed to update firmware, 1.4, and 1.5.1.

I try to update it, it downloads, but after the download, I get:
unexpected error: None of the checked updates could be installed

I searched to find a solution and have read to just go to apple and manually download and install the firmware.

I downloaded both 1.4 and 1.5.1. I installed the 1.5.1 first and tried to install 1.4 but it said that I didn't need to since I had 1.5.1.

Anyway, now when I go to software update, it still wants me to update to 1.4 and 1.5.1 even though I've already updated the firmware myself. It's annoying and I want it to go away... forever.

I tried posting this in the Apple discussions and I've noticed I've never had the best of help there. My questions usually go unreplied. Hopefully someone here can help me. I'm not certain if I should be posting this in the macbook pro section or mac os section of this site...
