Recently I just unjailbroke my iphone by restoring and performed a "erase all contents and settings" as i heard it would remove all traces of jailbreak. After setting up as a new iphone, under "preferences" on itunes, I ticked "Prevent iPods, iPhone, and iPads from syncing automatically", thus everytime I connect my iPhone with new apps downloaded, my iPhone wouldn't sync with iTunes or auto create a backup because I ticked that option.
So here's the issue of what's happened, yesterday I decided to create a manual backup of my iPhone, after connecting my iphone to my computer/itunes, I right-clicked the iPhone icon on the left side of the iTunes window and choose "Back Up". After that it shows itunes creating a backup of my iphone with the process bar on top of the iTunes window, and process bar is still there when it transfers my new downloads. After the process bar is gone I reckoned the backing up process is done.
But strangely, on the left hand side of the iTunes window, it shows the syncing icon moving, and I checked my iphone it says sync in progress, and I checked the music section under the iPhone icon (on the left hand side of itunes), and saw some music tracks from my iTunes library has been added into my iPhone unknowingly!
I got freaked out, because I only wanted to create a manual backup of my iphone, but I didn't expect songs from my iTunes library are added into the iPhone during the process. Does that mean that jailbreak traces are added back into the iPhone, but before I've tried the manual backup I already deleted my past backups of my iphone when it's jailbroken, the earliest backup I have now is the one which I just restored and haven't perform the "erase contents and settings". Please help if you guys know what happened.
(Sorry if I sound dumb but I'm not good at all these technical stuff ><)
