To encourage myself to use the iCloud version of documents, I hide my personal Documents folder using the command line tool:
chflags hidden ~/Documents
Now that Sierra shares documents in iCloud, I want to unhide this directory. Note that I'm on the Sierra beta, and enabled sharing my Documents and Desktop through iCloud. However, I can't seem to be able to unhide the directory using chflags. Does anyone have any ideas?
I tried:
chflags nohidden ~/Documents
I also tried running the command on the iCloud version of the directory, but that didn't work, either. Does anyone have any clues as to how I can unhide this directory?
Thanks!
