I have the following problem.

IF (
- I put my Unibody MBP to sleep mode by pressing cmd+opt+eject
OR
- if it is already sleeping
) AND
- I close the lid
QUITE OFTEN
it wakes up.

So if it's sleeping with the lid open and I close the lid, it wakes up and it turns on the screen. It looks like it thinks that the lid has been open.

It's not related to BT mouse or other strange hw. It just happens, not always but very very often.

Any idea?

Perform a SMC reset: turn computer off, disconnect MagSafe, remove battery, press and hold power button for 5 sec then remove. Reseat battery and connect MagSafe connector.

See if that corrects the problem.

It wont, all my Macbooks and Macbook Pro's do the same thing. I think if you just close the lid it puts it to sleep automatically, so dont bother putting it to sleep manually, just try closing the lid and seeing if it does it automatically.
You'll know if its asleep:

A) You wont hear the fans
B) the light in the bottom right corner near where your infra red port is will be flashing.

Thanks. I know how to check the sleeping. ;-)
My previous early 08 MBP did not show such behaviour. I find it annoying.
