Hi guys,

I've noticed for a while now that there is a black discolouration that has appeared on my 2010 unibody White MacBook.

I'll post pics of it later, but I'm wondering if this is a known fault with the unibody White MacBook. It's only on the outer casing, behind the display (top lid). Also, it is definitely on the internal surface of the casing (between LCD and casing) and not on the external surface. Cleaning with my iKlear obviously hasn't helped.

Other than that, I've been really happy with the machine but this is starting to annoy me.

I've not heard on this happening before.

Best bet is to arrange an appointment at the genius bar and see what they say. If its only 6 months (or less) old then they should replace it.
