So recently my unibody 2.4Ghz macbook has started experiencing freezing issues. All due to after a couple of hours of usage and then playing DOTA it would freeze in game and all I could do is shut it off and repower. Anyone else experiencing this problem? I'm thinking the nvidia card is not taking the heat too well or the vent is just not sufficient enough to accommodate for the heat. Any ideas?

If you run the game for a while, do the fans kick up?

Quit out after a while and check iStatPro for your fan speeds/temperatures. It's a dashboard widget. I don't have the link off-hand, but google will point you to it.

yea my fan does kick up and it's loud while in game and iStat shows 150F for cpu 140F for heatsinks, I don't think that is high for a normal computer.
