unibody hdd removal tab

So I was gonna pull my hard drive out and after removing the back cover somehow the lock slid back shut without me noticing and, without exerting much force the tab just came off. has this happened to anyone else? and any ideas for getting the hdd out now?

id take it into the shop for them to look at, as you have to remove the bigger cover to get access to the latch, and as you need to remove the battery cover first (which you now cant do) you cant gain access to the other 4 screws needed to remove the larger cover.

i wouldn't tinker with it.

Im an idiot you have to remove a single screw to remove the hdd. and my back door still comes on and off just fine btw.
