Hi, about two months ago i purchased a Unibody MacBook from Noel Leeming (in New Zealand), after a week of using it i noticed that the battery cover was a little loose and the MacBook would sometimes "rattle" when i typed on it but i didnt think much of it. But now the rattling and loose battery cover is driving me mad and i wanted to know if apple would replace my laptop, and if i should return the product to Noel Leeming and ask for a replacement or send it to apple.

What do you think i should do.

I had the exact same problem. You could try to bend the four tabs that hold the battery cover in place, or you could book a Genius appointment at a apple store and they will replace the cover for you. I tried ringing AppleCare, and they said they wouldn't send me one out until one of the geniuses had a look at it.
