Hi, i have a 2.0ghz unibody macbook, and all of a sudden its been running extremely slow.. it takes almost twice the time to start up (i have 80gb of hdd space left) and the menu buttons at the top don't load right away, programs keep freezing and force quit won't work.. idk what to do or why my macbook is doing this.. any fixes or suggestions? Also the internet is running really slowly, but its not my internet connection cuz it works fine on my 3 other computers, and the whole computer in general is slow

1) get an external Hard drive.
2) backup all your data using Time Machine
3) Insert your OSX disc 1
4) Restart the MacBook while holding the "option" key.
5) Reinstall Mac OSX, then when asked it you want to restore from a Time Machine backup click "yes"
6) problem solved.

i really want that to be my last resort.. i dont wanna buy an external drive so i'll be using dvds to back everything up.. any other suggestions?

*nvm w/e, its working fine now -_-
