So I have this MB that doesn't turn on - fan starts working, display gets white and after a second or two it shuts down.
It is water damaged but rather than been spilled on it was exposed to "excessive humidity" in the evening/night. It was yet working in the morning but then shut down.
I've tried every combination of connecting and disconnecting external parts - RAM, HD, SuperDrive etc, nothing works so it seems that the logic board is faulty.
So far I have only taken the back cover off. There is no visible damage on the outer side of the logic board.
My question is which parts and in which order should I check apart from visual inspection (resistance, short-circuit fault etc) once I detach the logic board? Maybe if someone has an a1342 schema and is willing to send it to me it would be really appreciated. :)
