unibody mbp - lose batterycover, noisy fan

I have an october build, and now i'm having probs with noisy (right) fan and with a lose batterycover. Will apple fix this or will i get a new mbp? I'v bought it on the online applestore. Thx

They will likely give you a new fan and new battery cover.

Lol, my thoughts too...

My left fan is noisy...kinda like a faint click.
Is this what you are hearing also? Normally when it's cold?
