If you log in on Unidays and access the Apple Store through their website, the discount is actually higher (im Germany at least). Try it
 
Ok, too bad. I actually cancelled my minute one order for this although it wasn't only 40€ less on the 13" Touch Bar base model. I'm still confident I'll get it sooner and if not it's still a 40€ difference.

The maxed out 15" is 4501.23€ instead of 4600€ (with the Apple Student Discount).

It's also worth to check for the "Apple on campus" thing. Sometimes it's even cheaper. You have to access it via your uni's network (either directly or via vpn), though. (At least for my university it's like that.)
