unidentified blue notification for mail app

when I double click the home and scroll to the left, I get another this mail app icon on its own and if I hold and try to remove it, nothing happens

jailbroken ipad 2 on 4.3.3

not sure which cydia app made this happen, or what other source. can anyone get some clarification to remove this...I even removed the email users and it is still there
