Hello! I thought I'd share with you all my new case from Uniea, because I don't see many Uniea products floating around these forums!
I had a bit of a bad experience, mostly because I ordered my case the week before the new iPad was released, and only just received it today, but the moment I saw this case on my iPad, I couldn't be mad!
This is the silver/white Deluxe Dot series case for the new iPad, but for those who don't really want the polka dot pattern, Uniea offers really cool hard shell cases in their Rebelution Line.
In addition to the silver/white, they also have white/gold, black/silver, and black/gold. There are other fun colors like red, pink, blue, and purple in their regular dot series.
I'm extremely impressed with the quality of this case. The cutouts are extremely precise and give you easy access to all your controls. It adds only a few millimeters of bulk, but it remains very slim and actually makes it feel less breakable than it did without it. It was extremely easy to snap on, but I haven't quite figured out how to get it off yet haha. The edges fit over the iPad in a way that does not interfere with the SmartCover, which I think is really nice. The case itself is made with a really nice polycarbonate plastic that has a UV coating that keeps the graphic design looking great, even after scuffs. It also feels really great in your hands.
Overall, it's not the sturdiest case you can get, especially if you're looking for the level of protection a solid folio can give you, but it's by far the nicest hardshell case I've seen. It works really well with the smart cover, and looks pretty fantastic. I seriously can't stop touching it or looking at it!
