uninstal windows XP from a Tiger 10.4.11 OS

Any ideas on how to Uninstal Windows XP from a Partitioned (Parallel Desktop5) Macbook Pro - further details below.

System OS 10.4.11 (Tiger)
The PPD5 Partition has now been removed.
Restore disks are apparently lost
Boot Camp is out of date and am unsure if a version is still available for 10.4.11

Any ideas how to remove XP and associated Windows pgms?
