Uninstall Adobe CS 6

My Adobe Photoshop CS 6 crashed during start then I reinstalled it using this guide, but I forget to do step 3 and 4, to run the CS cleaner more exactly. I just used the Adobe uninstaller, then reinstalled and everything works fine. Should I uninstall it again or leave it now?

If it ain't broke, don't try fixing it. Just leave it. If things start to act up, then you can try over.
