I recently partitioned my hard drive using bootcamp and installed Windows XP. Now, I have been reading about Parallels, and think this might be a better option for me. Do I need to uninstall Windows, or will simply un-partitioning the hard drive do the trick?

Or keep your partition and use parallels to run your windows installation from within OS X. Best of both worlds that way.

Quite true as well but I just switched to Parallels only since I just need to run Visual Studio 2005 and Office 2007.

I save a lot of disk space just doing that in Parallels.

Does re-partitioning damage hard drive??

Ok, but question: Does all this installing, partitioning and un-partitioning hurt the hard drive in any way??
