I'd like to remove some of the components of my installed Adobe Creative Suite CS3. I actually use only Illustrator, so I'd get rid of the remaining things, from Photoshop to Dreamweawer to some others, to free up space on my SSD. I wonder if that's possible. And safe to do.
I searched around but could not find a solution.

Just delete the stuff you don't use from your Applications folder. As long as you don't dig into your system and delete shared libraries and the like it shouldn't cause a problem.
