there are a few software installed by default when get a MBP.
GarageBand, iPhoto and iMovie etc

I actually will not use them in most of case. I am thinking to uninstall them, however, when go to mac app store, these software are not free. If there is one day, I want to get my iPhoto to reinstalled, will I need to pay for it?

You can only re-install iLife from the App store on the newer Macs that didn't come with media. My older Macs I have to use the CD. My 2010 MB Air came with iLife '11 and it won't let me download iLife '11 from the AppStore. Only on my 2012 retina.

Personally, I'd leave iPhoto. Its the only way to get your photo stream photos I think. I've never used any of the other iLife apps.

If you're buying a new Mac you'll be able uninstall and reinstall at your leisure but if you get an older machine make sure you get the discs that it originally came with it. No special instructions need, just command delete from the Finder and type in your password.
