Uninstall itunes without losing my data ?

Having issue to get my Ipad displayed in Itunes app, I have to reinstall Itunes.

If I uninstall the current version of Itunes will I lose my Apple and third-party application datas that I bought on Applestore and all my playlists for music ?

I think you should back up your iTunes library first.
