Uninstall Parallels 6

I need to uninstall Parallels 6 and do a clean installation. How can I keep info (documents, files, etc.) that are stored in the C disk from Windows?

I'm assuming when I run the uninstaller it will erase everything. Can I make a back up of these files? How?

If the VM still runs, boot it, create a shared folder and copy the files that way.

If it doesn't you should be able to use Parallels Mounter or Parallels Explorer to do what you want.
