How do I uninstall PGAgent? I have an i5 iMac running OS X 10.9.5. The startup blurb asking me to allow or deny it access is most annoying. It is my understanding that this is a scheduling app for Windows, and as such I don't see that it would have any use on a Mac.

Uninstall PGAgent

It looks like that is part of the pgadmin package. Have you installed that?
Try holding shift at boot to boot to safe mode so it stops any startup items from running. Then use the free app iFileX to search for pgagent and delete it. Restart after.
