Uninstall remote access

Dear all,

I need help. My boyfriend stalks my iphone all the time. I want to find out how he gets to know when I refreshed my iphone, what page I opened, what application I installed. I cannot find any app on the home screen or other screen which says remote access. Please let me know where I can find this app through which he gets to know everything I do with my iphone. Please let me unistall this intrusion app. I do not know much of an app techie so please give detailed description/instructions.

Follow the instructions, anything your Boyfriend had installed there without you knowing will be gone.
