Now that Leopard is delayed, I'm waiting for a new iMac this Summer. I plan to install Vista on it. My local CompUSA is closing soon and they are having a sale on Vista. If I buy an upgrade for my current PC, can I uninstall it later, then reinstall it on a Mac?

No. If you're using an OEM version, that's a strict no. If not, you'll have to call Microsoft, it seems you're allowed to transfer your Windows license one time.
