uninstalled bossprefs now cant reinstall?

i uninstalled it and winterboard because my battery is draining bad and i think this might be the reason. i forgot to change my battery back to icon instead of numbers and i cant reinstall it from cydia? it doesnt even give me an option in cydia ?
