Uninstalled logitech control center, now it's running slow?

I tried installing logitech control center but didn't find it to my liking so I uninstalled it. Now when I play WoW in windowed mode, the dock responds slow and things just aren't as smooth graphically. When I exit WoW, everything is fine again. The game runs fine, it's just everything else seems to run slow. I don't remember it being like this before. Any ideas on what it could be?
