Uninstalled Windows.... But still displays in boot menu.

Is there anyway to delete my "Windows" partition from Yosemite's boot menu? Unsure of what causes this problem.

Unless you removed the bootcamp partition (using your Boot Camp Assistant), then the partition remains.
Run Boot Camp Assistant, and remove the partition with that.

Uninstall W8,Parallels from Mac

W8 with Parallels is painful to run on iMac.

(OSX 10.9.5,3.4 GHz i7,12 GB 1333MHz DDR3)

Would it be easier to install Word and Excel for Mac. This is all I use.

And uninstall W8 and Parallels and MS Office.
