I have read some pretty neat advice somewhere a few months ago on this forum that uninstalling apps via SpotLight Search was the cleanest way. But in my case this caused another problem. Deleting the apps and its related files on Spotlight renamed the app buttons in the Mac App Store to some mumble jumble.
Here's a pic:
Any idea how to fix this? =/

I don't know how is wrong but I saw a picture posted to Twitter earlier today of the exact same thing. They though it had something to do with the outage earlier today though.
