how do i uninstall Final Cut Studio apps?
i just installed them, but they're filling up my app folder. i want to reinstall into it's own folder.
same thing happened with photoshop, but i think there was an uninstall.
do i have to do it all manually and are there instructions so i don't miss anything?

When you write "own folder", do you mean on the same HDD or partition?
If so, then there is no need to uninstall them, unless you feel, that the Applications folder is to uncluttered.

As far as I remember, Adobe applications should be left in the Applications folder, FCS could be moved somewhere else I think. You could just drag and drop all the FCS programs to a folder of your choice.

You can change them but you will need to set preferences in FCP to look at the new location for files.

Final Cut Studio applications are best left inside the main Applications folder. If you move them about they won't be updated correctly when you install a software update.
