Uninstalling Synergy

My trial of synergy has run out, and I can't be bothered to register it for a full copy - it just isn't worth it for me. However, it's not exactly an application in the regular sense that it shows up in the Applications folder, so I can't just drag it to the trash. It's integrated into the system preferences window. How can I uninstall it?

Go to Home>Library>PreferencePanes
You should find Synergy files in there, delete them and go on your way. This directory (folder) is where all those extra System Preference files can be found.

Sometimes you install a Preference for all users on a computer and in that case you would have to find this folder in the Computer>Library>PreferencePanes. Check this one if you don't find Synergy in your Home library.
