I just downloaded appfresh and started to use it to update my applications. One of the updates available was x11 so i updated it and it said to install xquartz which i did. The problem is that ever since I upgraded to xquartz my computer has been heating up a lot even when I am not doing anything. Does anyone know the proper way to uninstall the applications. I searched around google and many sites say not to drag and drop it into the trash. I do want x11 and I do have my snow leopard dvd.

If it is needed
I have the white unibody macbook with SL 10.6.3

Thanks
