I am one of the developmer in CA-United. We just release our Reader product for iPad and available in iTune store now.

Unbeatably fast, unbeatably cheap. Add a little eye candy and a more stylish icon, promise you'll have highlighting and annotation in the not too distant future, and this will beat all the best pdf viewers I've seen so far.
