Universal Binaries

Dear forum members,

I am going to download Avidemux, but am presented with three choices:

1. GTK X11
2. GTK Quartz
3. QT4

I have no idea what these mean, other than some type of program interface that allows non-native Mac applications to run on the Mac. Any thoughts on which one I should be choosing? Since video encoding is a processing intensive task, choosing the fastest and most efficient one is important. Thank you!

P.S. My aim is to join multiple FLV files into a single one. So any alternative programs you can suggest would be greatly appreciated.

GTK Quartz sounds like the most native choice, but I imagine none will feel perfect.

I've downloaded and used the X11 version. Works OK. Not perfect, and looks ugly!

Thanks RobbieDuncan, I shall give it a try!! And I know what you mean PJRobertson, I've actually used X11, but didn't like the way it worked, first opening the X11 terminal etc. Feels as if I am using VMWare or something. Wasn't sure if it was an inefficient way of doing it.
