Universal Clipboard not working?

Sometime in the last 24 hours or so, Universal Clipboard stopped working for me.

I'm trying to figure out if the feature was temporarily turned off, if it no longer works with out a Mac using macOS, or if it's just an issue with my install of iOS.

Any help would be appreciated.
